HOW TO MAKE ROASTED TURKEY LEG WITH MUSTARD:
Step 1: Place the turkey thigh in a baking dish and brush with Dijon mustard. Season with salt, pepper, nutmeg, paprika, minced garlic and thyme. Leave to marinate for about two hours.
