- 1 kg (2 1/4 pounds)) chicken cut into pieces
- 1 jaune d'oeuf
- 75 ml (1/3 cup) olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 medium carrot
- 1 medium onion
- Salt (to taste)
- 1 small onion for cooking the chicken
- 1,2 kg (2 2/3 pounds) potatoes
- 1 tablespoon of margarine
- Juice of half a lemon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
